MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Credit Union shall be limited to members of the Nurses’ Association of Jamaica and their spouses, children, nieces nephews, brothers, sisters and Employees of NAJ and NAJ Co-operative Credit Union Limited..

Application for membership must be made in writing on a form approved by the Board and must be signed by the applicant.

The application form shall provide for:

• The member’s account number
• Name
• Address
• Date of birth
• Date of approval
• Agreement to conform to the rules of the Credit Union
• Agreement to subscribe to at least one share
• Whether the application was approved by the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee.
• The Signature of the Secretary.

An applicant shall be qualified as a member by paying an entrance fee of $50.00 and by subscribing to at least one share.
